Mô tả công việc
• Assist the MM in the development of brands in confectionery & beverage category
• To communicate with oversea Principals to manage A & P budget from brand and follow up brand image & brand guideline which agreed with MM/HOD
• To prepare marketing strategy that develops and grows the designated products, encompassing both existing and products development which agreed with MM/HOD
• To formulate and manage effective marketing plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives for the assigned brands within the agreed A&P budget
• To effectively position the brands by assessing the market characteristics, competition and pricing strategy in order to pursue higher sales turnover and profit margins.
• Actively generate valuable feedback to ensure building market share and brand awareness.
• To monitor and analyze sell- out and sell- in data per region/team to ensure the smooth implementation and successful execution of brand programs, recommend programs for growth and development
• To work side-by-side with Trade Marketing team in developing product display, merchandising & point of sales materials and selling tool
• To manage and work closely with agency/Trade marketing team on the project of activation in MT/Primary school/ Kid Entertainment and perfect stores in GT channel.
• To supervise suppliers for getting quotation, mock-up and to manage POSM quantity
• Others works assigned by MM

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree in business, commerce, marketing or other related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Brand Manager position in the FMCG industry
• Strong reporting skills, numeric ability and sales analysis
• Strong management skills, strategic thinking, business acumen
• Superior skills in with Excel, Good skills in Word & PowerPoint
• Has good foundations and understanding of Trade Marketing
• Dynamic and capable of multi-tasking
• Pro-active, adaptive, and good follow-through
• Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative,
• Be able to travel and work with minimum supervision as well as a team player
• Strong command of English in writing & speaking
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Brand Manager position in the FMCG industry
