Brand Manager

- In charged of brand.
- Analyze how our brand is position in the market and provide vision, mission, goals and strategies to increase market share
- Plan, Develop and Direct team to increase the value and performance of the brand, service & product
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customers needs
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities
- Provide vision, mission, goals and strategies for sale team & pr marketing team to match up to
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns related to brand
- Meeting sales goals by recruiting, training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff and get the best from all sale employees
- Increase awareness of the brand
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and take corrective actions
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by research potential and actual customers
- Able to plan and executes VIP events (dinner & fashion show) for VIP customers 4 times a year
- Able to meet & greet & keep close relationship with brand’s VIP customers
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers

• University degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communication
• At least 3 years experience as Brand Manager of fashion brands
• English proficiency
• Male / Female aged 30 - 40 years old
