• Supports the development of SEA Biscuits 4-2-1 that delivers sufficiency for the regions growth ambitions till 2021. Alignment of 4-2-1 to Regional & Country Category Strategy
• Delivery of strong portfolio sufficiency & health
• Lead Regional & Local BIG BET Innovations from ideation through to execution throughout the Strategic Plan horizon, including in-year contract commitments.Razor sharp consumer identification & insight translation.Winning consumer, customer & MDLZ launch bundle
• Successful execution IFOT aligned to cost, capacity, capability & complexity
• I2M best in class project management including realistic & timely critical path management & conflict resolution.Delivery against NR, GP, GP%, A&C & Incrementality Targets
• Delivery best-in-class IMC Campaigns. Delivery against brand health metrics (PEN, AWOP, brand equity.
• Lead Equity initiatives across NPD and Core brands. Develop clear creative brief. Work closely with agency partners (advertising, digital and other IMC work). Work closely with the markets to design world class impactful communications that deliver great results.
• Creates a Great Place To Work. Creates a strong E&I Team Culture. Creates a strong team culture with key cross-functional colleagues ( Equity, Insights, Country Marketing Teams, R&D, BD, Finance, PCDM)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 3 - 5 years of experience in FMCG
• Proven success in white-space innovation management
• Proven success in handling large scale equity campaigns
• An advantage for candidate with relevant experience in Product development and portfolio management
• Prefered someone who can deal with ambituity and is comfortable to work with unknown factors
