Mô tả công việc
1. Develop MKT strategies and manage MKT campaigns to build the brand
2. Monitor the processes of implementing Digital, PR, Media etc. to ensure these processes are done and launched timely and efficiently.
3. Develop, plan for the communications of platforms based on the brand plans to build up the brand awareness for target customers/consumers.
4. Provide KPI for brand development, management and supervision of Marketing activities to ensure KPIs
5. Follow up/implement brand activities based on guidelines of brand identities to ensure all activities are in line with the brand plan and guidelines.
6. Coordinate with agencies to plan, develop and implement the execution
7. Monitor and balance the given budget to ensure the activities are not exceeding the approved budget.
8. Monitor, control, implement brand standards & specification.
9. Follow up and evaluate each campaign for reporting and key learning.
10. Manage, motivate and provide inclusive training to team member
11. Collaborate with other related departments to ensure the marketing activities are consistent with the other activities of the company and consistent with the overall goals of the company.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing is preferable
- Candidates studied abroad MSc are preferred
- Knowledge of professional advertising, culture and sociology
- At least 5-year working experience in Brand Marketing, Advertising agencies, Real Estate field and other big companies in related field.
- Presentation skill
- Good communication skill
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
- Experience in team management by doing develop brand and marketing activity project
- Conversant with spoken and written English and PC such as all Microsoft Office and Photoshop
- Creative thinking and enthusiasm
- Confident & bold in thinking & exciting ideas
