Mô tả công việc
1. Develop new RTD (ready-to-drink) products.
2. Manage existing products of RTD section in terms of Brand & Product performance:
- Making and executing yearly marketing plan.
- Executing mid-term plan.
- Research design & report.
- Activities related to product improvement included product quality & package design.
- Propose activities – Execution plan – Report that support to enhance Brand image & Sale performance.
- Collecting and analyzing sales data provided by sales branch.
- Work closely with other departments to execute on campaigns to achieve goals.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University in Marketing, Bussiness Management, Foreign Trade.
- Basic marketing knowledge (3C analysis, 4P strategy, etc).
- Design research contents
- Understand P/L (Profit and Loss) structure and be able to find issues.
- Good communication in both internal (with other departments in terms of information deliver, cooperation, supporting) and external.
- Good command in English.
- MS Office skills.
- Ability to go on business trip.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
- Age: 27 - 32.
- Working place: Ho Chi Minh City.
- Basic marketing knowledge (3C analysis, 4P strategy, etc).
- Design research contents
