Brand & Content Manager (Salary: 600 – 900 USD)

• Planning, creating, executing, monitoring and optimizing content strategy for all channels of communication with users (official fanpages and seeding on social media, in-app and push notifications, KOLs, banners)
• Conceptualize and compose PR/branded content: press release, PR articles and social posts, scripts for in-house or outsourced video ads, which conveys key message of brand mood and tones, effective branding angles and strategy.
• Revising and proofing of sales scripts and other documents related to partners of the company.
• Creating storytelling concepts about features and users for all communication channels.
• Monitoring the brand’s social listening and handle the crisis.
• Supporting other departments for content related to the company, brand, product and users.
• Coordinating branding and content strategy developed by agencies and other vendors.
• Play a main role in translating official documents and advertising products of SCD; coordinating with relevant units to check contents of translating versions of SCD’s documents.

- Minimum 3-5 years experience professional copywriting, publishing through social media channels.
- Relevant working experience in F&B industry or related disciplines is preferable.
- Creative thinker, a story teller, who can develop compelling copy, and messaging in multiple forms that engages the audience.
- Experience of handling Brand-building campaigns is a plus.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
- Using proficient Photoshop, InDesign.
- Able to travel nationwide and internationally.
