Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Report to: Head of Branding & Communication
Job Summary
The Branding & Communication (B&C) Supervisor plays active role to carry out branding and communication programs within his/her assignment and support well to the team in departmental projects.
Key Accountabilities
His/her key accountabilities include:
(1) Physical branding (2) Annual Marketing Mix/Activity (3) Internal Comm.
(4) MarCom & Corporate Com (5) Commercial Initiative/Growth Initiative
For more details:
• Align relevant business departments to implement communication programs included, but not limited to marketing, corporate communications and CSRs activities
• Arrange all needful internally and externally, executing, monitoring and reporting for branding and communication programs
• Coordinate with functional departments to support implementation of office /branches decoration, company events and company branding materials/advertisements for business growth
• Monitor and report on all branding materials
• Other assigned tasks

1. Education background Bachelor degree in Marketing/Banking/Prof Comm./MarCom/Media/International Relations or related field
2. Minimum Experience
At least 3 years working experience in:
(+) Primary: Marketing communication or Corporate Communication
(+) Secondary: Channel marketing (Trade/Merchandising/Physical branding/Activation/Promotion) and/or PR/integrated advertising
3. Knowledge,
Competencies, Skills
- Good understanding and practices of current integrated marketing concepts, strategy and best brand experiences
- Good understanding and knowledge of marketing communications and research
- Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Be able to multi-task and adhere to timelines
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Have execution capabilities – engaging relevant stakeholders and managing expectations around timing, process etc.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

− To get deep understanding and fully comply with (1) Corporate Integrity Policies (including: policies of Conflict of Interest, Anti-Fraud, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (Gift &Entertainment register), (2) Anti-Money Laundering Policy & Countering Terrorism Financing; (3) and regulation on your roles and responsibilities in operational manual.
− To be responsible for reporting suspected incidents of fraud.
− This job description is reviewed on annually basis and subject to change upon business requirement.
