Branch Manager – IVB Da Nang

** Place of Work: IVB Danang, 02 Bach Dang St., Hai Chau Dist., Danang City.

** Tasks:
- Managing operation, service quality and ensuring the business target achievement of branch and subsidiary transaction offices.
- Report directly to the Board of Executives.

1. Planning / Budgeting:
- Manage and monitor performance according to branch’s business plan and KPIs
+ Allocate target to subsidiary Business units/ Departments/ Sections/ Staff basing on branch’s business plan
+ Consider and approve budget expense of branch under authorization
+ Propose personnel into appropriate position based on individual ability and skills

2. Daily works:
2.1 Manage the quality and effective performance of sale operation as well as customer service at Branch:
- Monitor the business operation and customer service
- Approve credit granting and sign documents within authorization
- Approve financial expense within authorization
- Customer service

2.2 Coordinate with related Division/Department at Head Office on product promotion programs and training activities.
2.3 Coordinate with related Division/Department at Head Office in order to ensure effective business performance and quality of customer service.
2.4 Develop the relationship with local potential customer/partner and community.
2.5 Take part in the Board of Vault Management as member.
2.6 Ensure the compliance with laws and IVB’s regulations.

3. Employee management:
- Monitor and manage work completion level compared to target and budget.
- Evaluate employees’ performance on work report and on the compliance of IVB regulations.
- Lead and guide employee.
+ Organize training and orientation on the career development for employee.
+ Manage and develop plan for successor position as required.

4. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): KPIs as the regulation of IVB on each period and equivalent to KPIs of branch:
+ Financial indicators (ex: profit, active card number, growth of loan/deposit, NPL ratio, etc.)
+ Operation indicators (ex: client complaint rating, etc.)
+ Customer indicators (ex: number of new customers, etc.)
+ Development/personnel indicators (ex: employee satisfaction level, etc.)

** Job requirements:
1. Knowledge, work experience:
- Male/ Female with Bachelor degree and above in Banking, Finance, business administration or other equivalent majors
- Knowledge on banking products and services
- Knowledge on macro-economy, banking-finance, SBV regulations and laws relating to corporate banking operation
- Skills of advanced credit analysis and appraisal in corporate and retail banking
- At least 5 years working experiences in banking-finance and 2 years in management level

2. Skills:
- Good leadership and management skills
- Business management skills
- Personnel management skills, communication and negotiation skills
- Analysis and sale skills
- Proficient English skill, TOEIC 600 and above or equivalent
