Branch Manager

• Set up Hanoi (Ba Dinh District)Branch office from the beginning (Setting up our new office, Hiring staff...)
• Develop long/short term development of the local branch office
• Lead branch staff to implement sales and business development strategies for achieve branch business targets (responsibility on Volume and Budget)
• Lead and monitor the standards of service of branch staff to ensure professional customer services
• Enforce established operation procedure to mitigate operational risks and ensure strict sales compliance
• Create Monthly and Annual Reports
• Identify and develop the locally controlled business for Key Accounts
• Promote SENATOR INTERNATIONAL Brand, sustainable customer relationships
• Increase SENATOR INTERNATIONAL Brand Worldwide exposure in the market
• Communicate with all overseas offices/agents for additional business

• Degree in logistics, transportation, international business or equivalent
• Domestic/International freight forwarding experience and local market knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a constantly evolving forwarding landscape
• Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results
• Interacting effectively at multiple levels in support of customer relationships
• Proven track record in sales leading/managing international operations
• Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Natural leader with entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication/presentation skills
• Excited about building a great team and establishing a good rapport with new and existing clients in the area
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
