Branch Manager

- Assist management on procedures and methods establishment for continuous work performance improvement in Vietnam.
- Leading branch office staffs
- Monitor day-to-day operations team such as on time delivery, service quality to meet SOP and fulfill customer needs
- Prepare vendor assessment to follow compliance and consistency maintenance
- Import & export shipment management
- Establish good working relationships with Customs and other related government agencies

- Graduated from University of economic field or related fields
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Manager level
- Solid hands-on operations knowledge in Freight Forwarder
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, can work under high pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, power point, etc…)
- Must be command of spoken and written English / Fluent Chinese
- Excellent local language as needed

- Bouns
- Health insurance and Social insurance regulated by Vietnam Labor Law
- 2-3 trips a year to work in headquarters
