Annam Fine Food is looking for Branch Manager for Phu Quoc Branch with job description as below:
- Being in charge of the development for all operations, business activities, sales & marketing aspects at the region
- Managing back offices at the Phu Quoc, Kien Giang for smoothly business development and activities.
- Being in charge of leading and motivating the sales, and following the marketing strategies in line with company vision and agreed yearly business development plans
- Developing the operational plans including the financial controls, sales targets and marketing objectives to ensure the growths plans are effectively managed and achieved.
- Strong leadership and skills as well as excellent customer management relationship in relation with the companies and relevant organization, taking over the direct management of all branch’s activities in the achievement of business goals and company image.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree
- At least 10 years experience in FMCG, prefer candidates have experience at the same position or strong experience in Sales
- Strong ‘hands-on’ people management, team building, leadership and coaching skills.
- High level selling, and negotiation skills
- Team builder /player and collaborator
- Excellent planning and execution skills
- Good communication in English
