Mô tả công việc
** PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION):
Manage the North sales team and plan sales/educational activities to achieve the desired sales and profit margin target for North region and other assigned regions. Overall manage Hanoi Branch for smooth daily operation. Collaborate with Operation Marketing and Reg Affairs Dept in establishing & recommending the most realistic sales of goods for the company.
** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
• Formulate all sales policies, practices & procedures for North region and other assigned regions
• Strenghthen existing markets and open new markets to achieve sales target and sales contribution for North region and other assigned regions
• Develop current leaders and recruit new leaders to build strong networks in North region and other assigned regions
• Plan and implement product activities to ensure product sales target are met on monthly/ annual basis for North region and other assigned regions
• Conduct systematized trainings & events effectively at North region and other assigned regions to gain new recruits
• Set target & conduct monthly one one meeting, group meetings/field visits to side by side with networks for achieving Sales, New Recruit, New managers target
• Work closely with marketing team in developing marketing strategies (e.g. promo, launch mechanics) to achieve sales target for North region and assigned regions
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly & monthly revenue streams for North region
• Manage & Supervise daily operation activities at Hanoi office
- Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
• Review expenses & recommend economics for Hanoi offices
• Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
• Elkenazation staff at branch by product knowledge, marketing plan knowledge & Elken culture
• Provide results assessments of sales staff’s productivity & Hanoi branch staff performance
** JOB AUTHORITIES :
• To approve stock requisition as per set limit
• To approve subordinate leave application and evaluate and appraise job performance of the subordinates
• To receive monthly and quarterly budget to monitor departmental expenses vs set budget

** JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:
• Qualification: Posses tertiary qualification in business/marketing related discipline or equivalent
• Experience: Min 3 years managerial experience in consumer sales or key account management, preferably in MLM industry.
** Skills & Knowledge
• Proven knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
• Good command of language in English.
• Able to influence and negotiate
• Able to manage key accounts
• Good planning skills, good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good communication, advance knowledge in MS Office
** Behavioral Traits – State the type of personality required to fit the job
• Aggressive nature and results-oriented
• Do things in a structured manner
• Positive disposition
• Good team player
