Degree in Business Administration or / and profound experience in running automotive business
Minimum five years retail experience in automotive or other areas
Trends and developments on the market, competitors’ activities, lobbyists, dealer network structure of own brand and competition
Product knowledge and presentation skills, competitor product knowledge, marketing tools (Four marketing P’s), commercial and legal knowledge, conversation
Basic knowledge, understanding and interpretation of financial and liquidity plans, annual reports, balance sheets, invoicing, controlling, financial statistics, tax, financial and contract law, auditing
Detailed knowledge of leadership, staff recruitment, staff appraisal, HR development, knowledge of HR planning, basics of labor law and remuneration
Basic IT knowledge, dealer management system (DMS)
Basics of quality management systems
