Mô tả công việc
- Co-ordinate with Activation in Head office to implement all activations (Trade / Consumer) & merchandising (Visibility) programs in assigned territory in the Branch through arrangement of necessary resources (stock / POSM/ premium/ manpower of agency), coordinate with Territory Sales and Distributors to ensure stock supply all retailers at the point of activation as well as stock for activation booth, spot monitor and investigate the promotion and sampling campaigns in order to improve sampling execution via field visits.
- Activation activities – coordinating with all 3rd parties (Nestle distribution Partners and Agencies) to ensure highest activity standards & hygiene guidelines, evaluate & provide timely feedback to activation team of Head office and Sales Field Management. Monitored the outsourcers for the sampling implementation to Sales Branch territories according to the plan Activities implemented in trade
- Preparing/Sharing activity calendar / execution guidelines with field sales teams, advise merchandising activities to Field Sales force and CCSD (Category Channel Sales Development) to ensure supply POP and use of POP materials efficiently according to Nestlé guidelines and standards
- Assist in Pre & Post Evaluation of specified activation (sampling, crop shows, activation…) to ensure budget utilization effectiveness and efficiency
- Lead and implement all projects in the branch

- Business degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years in marketing or sales
- Good understanding of Below The Lines or marketing grass root activities
