OBJECTIVE:
o Working as a Br-SE and a team manager of initially a group of 12 members.
o Build and manage team independently
o Receive and exchange requirement from Japanese customer
o Estimate project cost, make and monitor project plan.
o Other jobs as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Must have:
• 2 or more years working as a Br-SE for Japanse customers
• Japanese equivalent to N2 or above
• Experienced at least three projects for Japanese as project manager
• Experienced at least three projects with more than 50 Man-month, as project manager
• Well knowledge and experiences for web-based application and Windows-based application
Should have:
• PMP certification
• Team management experiences
• Ability to lead effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
Better if:
• Deeply involved in hiring and team-building process
• Not more than 35yrs old
• Can start working as soon as possible
