Boutique Manager (Ultimate Luxury Mobile)

Currently we are looking for outstanding candidates for the Boutique Manager position in both HCMC.

*SALES KPI:
•Responsible for coaching the sales team to meet the agreed targets, KPIs on sales value
•In charge of CRM strategy for the boutique

*Operation:
•Manage the operations of the boutique including maintaining SOP standards outlined by HQ
•Manage service quality to achieve Mystery Shopper KPI
•Conduct VISUAL MERCHANDISING strategy for the boutique
•Manage inventory, stock turn & business review report

*Leadership:
•Provide coaching for sales staff so that the customer service level set is met
•Feedback to BOM on sales staff's performance

*Marketing
•Assist and support all in-house promotional activities

•Bachelor degree in Retail and/or Business Management or relevant business certificates in top universities in Vietnam. Overseas degree is a plus.
•Experience in retail operation with management or supervisory role in luxury, high-end fashion brands or service related industry,
•Experience in stock control
•Ability in merchandising and display and understanding of the store's financial report and budget.
•Good computer literacy, especially Excel.
•Fluent in English. Proficiency in other foreign languages is an advantage.
•Great accountability, integrity, communication skills and service orientation.
•Good at interpersonal skills and good at coaching/training other people.
•Able to work with speed, pressure and start up spirit
