Boutique Manager

*SALE KPI:
•Responsible for coaching the sales team to meet agreed targets, KPI on sales value.
•In charge of CRM strategy for the boutique.

*Operation:
•Manage the operations of boutique, including maintaining SOP standards outlined by HQ.
•Manage service quality to achieve Mystery Shopper KPI.
•Conduct VISUAL MERCHANDISING strategy for boutique
•Manage inventory, stock turn & business review report

*Leadership:
•Provide coaching to sales staff so that the customer service level set is met; feedback to Board on sales staff's job contributions.

*Marketing
•Assist and support all in-house promotional activities.

•Degree or Diploma in Retail and/or Business Management or relevant business certificates in reputed universities in Vietnam. Overseas degree is a plus.
•Experience in retail operations with management or supervisory role in luxury, high-end fashion brands or service related industry, stock control, ability in merchandising and display and understanding of store financial report and budget.
•Good computer literacy, especially Excel. Fluent in English. Proficiency in other foreign languages is an advantage.
•Great accountability, integrity, communication skills and service orientation.
•Interpersonal and good at coaching/training other people.
•Able to work with speed, pressure and start up spirit
