BPS stands for Bosch Production System
- Provide/conduct BPS training
- Coordinate/support BPS Assessment activity of Value Stream
- Coordinate/support BPS other activity (e.g., BPS Leading Improvement training)
- Coaching/support System-Continuous Improvement Projects (S-CIP)/other improvement activity
- Perform BPS training as per training schedule
- Create standard to implement Lean production concept in plant
- Support Assessment (5S/BPS) and support to follow up for next target
- To implement successfully S-CIP method, coaching project team
- Support and Coach other Lean implementation
- Coordination of special activity

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education:
- Engineering degree, preferred majors in Industrial System & Engineering/ Industrial Management
- Good command of English
2. Work experience
- 3 years work experience in Manufacturing, experienced with 5S, LEAN manufacturing is an advantage
3. Traits and Skills
- Quality Orientation / Attention to Detail (Analytical thinking, error free reporting)
- Responsiveness / Agility / Willing to Learn (Learning quickly, deliverables on time)
- Moderation and Public speaking skill (Training skill, good communication with all parties)
- Result and cost orientation (cost awareness, budget tracking, result orientated)
- Working in a team/ Leading skill
