Mô tả công việc
• Working with customers on time to inform them the amount of import duty & tax of their shipments and freight charge (if any)
• Following up to get their confirmation of payment
• Issuing Customs D&T receipts, handing-over to OPS team for delivery
• Submitting document of released shipments to customs for bond check out
• Making reports to customs and UPS F&A Dept. about the numbers of import shipments and total D&T paid to customs daily/ weekly/monthly

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University or College graduation;
• Knowledge of import regulations in duty and tax
• Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English
• Good computer literacy
• Good at working with numbers, reports and accountant skills
• 1-2 years relevant experience in similar capacity
• Hard working, diligent, & self-motivated
• Teamwork attitude
