Bonded WH Deputy Manager (working in Bien Hoa)

• Warehouse management (bonded warehouse) including:
1. Inbound, Outbound management:
- Ensure the instructions of goods flow and control and manage the inbound, outbound, inventory.
- Report timely all result issues to Japanese headquarter.

2. Manage WH operation
- WH human resources and office management
- Maintain good relationship with Clients, suppliers.
- 5S management.
- Proceed and manage internal systems (WMS, G-FLAP) relating to WH management to ensure the progress of packing goods.
- Control cost, payment relating to the WH operation, coordinate with Planning Officer to make quotation (Cost/sales)
- Organize the specialized trainings to all the member of the WH when required.
- Source for new suppliers to maximize the revenue of the WH when required.
3. Other tasked assigned by Manager and General Director


• Trucking management:
- Manage trucking coordinator and trucking supplier to ensure quality service for customer.
- Prepare procedure for the operation.
- Other tasks incurred in cooperation with the current WH manager.

• Gender: Not require
• Age: over 30
• Experience in forwarding, warehouse management and transportation
• Experienced in Logistics Services Company.
• Have good demand of English
• Having good knowledge of IT is preferable

Work Place: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai (G243, Bui Van Hoa, Long Binh Ward, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai – ICD Long Binh Tan Cang)
