Mô tả công việc
- Executing all activities related to BOM and data management at Asia Fan which related to new development projects and application models.
- Getting general information of each model concept from Project team in order to support for cost breakdown analysis.
- Create E-BOM structure following above information by excel file.
- Create M-BOM on SAP system & get part numbers with automatic function.
- Coordinate with stackholders in order to update BOM according to engineering change activities based on 4M procedures.
- Utilize a fully integrated ERP system to provide accurate reporting of BOM activities
- Work cross functionally to keep all BOMs and parts accurate to ensure on time production
- Conduct root cause analysis and document results for recurring issues with BOMs and parts in the BOM
- Propose solution and/or enhancements to improve the process of maintaining BOMs and parts

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 years relevant experience in BOM/Data management, preferable the home appliances.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering at a minimum
- Understanding of engineering theory and principles such as Electrical and Mechanical
- Knowledge about SAP is preferable
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong ability to grasp and effectively use technical concepts and technical information.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in multi-national relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
