Mô tả công việc
• Set-up and management of benchmark Body & Paint facilities based on highest Porsche standards
• Build skilled team of Vietnamese Body & Paint Technicians
• Lead, support and train all Body & Paint employees to guarantee a high level of competence, knowledge and efficiency (training focus on body repairs)
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by guaranteeing outstanding service quality
• Budget control and control of all After Sales relevant KPI’s incl. reporting
• Build skilled team of Vietnamese Body & Paint Technicians
• Lead, support and train all Body & Paint employees to guarantee a high level of competence, knowledge and efficiency (training focus on body repairs)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Master Body Technician (or comparable “Expert” Body Technician certification)
• Al least 5 years working experience as Body Technician (preferably with Porsche experience)
• Familiar with latest body repair technologies
• Preferably with paint less dent repair experience (PDR)
• Basic knowledge about paint processes
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Al least 5 years working experience as Body Technician (preferably with Porsche experience)
