Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities of the BOD Assistant include coordinating the decision making process, exchange of information, and documentation of outcomes in support of Board activities. The position also works proactively with the CEO and managers to carry out the policies, goals and initiatives of the Board. The Board Assistant serves as the principal contact for the Board of Directors and oversees a team of direct reports to fulfill these duties.
Manage the conversations of all key projects
- Coordinates and monitors all key projects of the Company to drive the implementation of the company’s strategy, initiatives and projects to ensure they meet the timeline and the requirements by the BOD.
- Acts as a primary point of contact and source of Board-related advice/guidance for senior management with regard to the company activities.
Organize BOD Meetings, General Shareholder’s Meetings
- Ensures the timely preparation and distribution of materials (e.g., Agendas, Meeting Materials, etc.) for Board Meetings and General Shareholder’s Meetings
- Keeps all official records of Board activities (Minutes, Resolutions, etc.), as directed by the Board.
- Advises the Board on best practices for public entities including making recommendations for changes regarding the procedures, bylaws.
- Prepare and manage the legal documents regarding investment, capital increase and public company
- Coordinates with the Legal Consultant to prepare legal documents for the 3 Companies: Vua Nem Investment JCS, Good Night JSC, Vua Nem JSC regarding investment, capital increase, public company, etc.
- Keeps all official legal records of Board activities (Minutes, Resolutions, etc.), as required by Law.
Manage investor relationships
- Provides real-time translation and document translation necessary for successful execution of meetings between the Board and potential investors.
- Acts as a primary contact to answer investors’ inquiries regarding the Company’s performance.
- Public the Company’s performance and report as required by the law when the Company becomes a public company.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years of experience preferably in the Accounting/Finance, Project Management, Consulting, Investor Relations and Research & Analysis industry
- Preferably having studied abroad with excellent English
- Strong analytical, financial statement analysis, project management, and problem solving skills
