[Binh Duong] Purchasing Executive (Good Salary + Benefit Package)

- Purchasing domestic materials and materials relating the field of production and
- Program assessment records to General Director review and approval
- Supporting Purchasing officer in considering and evaluating supply contract
- Keep all records evaluate suppliers
- Monitor and update the list of official suppliers in accordance with the company
- Receive Purchasing request
- Monthly evaluation suppliers, make report and recommend appropriate measures to improve the buying activities
- Coordinate with government agencies and customs authorities concerning import/ export

- College / University graduate
- preferably candidate major in foreign trade, economics, import/export
- Preferably 2~3 years of working experience in similar position in foreign invested company
- Knowledge of Ecus software
- Good at Microsoft Office skills
- English communication skill, ability to make communication in English over email / phone with international suppliers
- Ability to convey in a clear and organized manner
- Ability to coordinate with other stakeholders for import/export tasks

- 13th month salary + revenue bonus + Pay raise 1 time/ year
- Insurance based on Vietnamese Labor Law + accident insurance 24/24
- Company provide shuttle bus from HCMC
