[Binh Duong] Import & Export Staff

- Handle all documentations for shipments.
- Collect & check custom documents before handing over to Accounting team.
- Prepare documents for Customs process.
- Monitor customs clearance for import & export shipments
- Ensure daily operations are completed as per procedures
- Follow up working guideline given by partners, customers
- Coordinate with other sections to make sure whose process is properly and smoothly followed.
- Detail of job will be discussed in the interview.

- University graduate with bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Foreign Trade, or related field
- Have 3 years working experience in similar positions with good knowledge and practices
- Good English communication
- Proficient in Computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skills
- Have a good sense of ownership and responsibility; be diligent, active and careful

- Bonus 1 time/ year + Pay raise 1 time/year
- Insurance according to Vietnamese Law
- Have shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh
