- To fulfill all recruitment process for all positions based at Factory (i.e: Operations, Finance, IT, Maintenance …) including on-line and off-line hiring approaches.
- To enhanced employee engagement activities program and organize all EE activities at the factory
- The role does not end with recruitment and organizing activities, rather, this job holder ensure the ongoing organizational talent demands are met, exceeded, measured and bringing new working atmosphere to the organization.
- To support C&B team in contract employments for employees & disciplinary work.
