A. Job Summary:
Responsibilities provide expertise in MS Dynamics 2012R3. Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements aligned to business objectives. Responsible for a FIT/GAP analysis. Works and communicates well with other developers and the business teams they support. Dedication to continuous improvement and continuous learning. Provide Help Desk type support to all areas of responsibilities. The role has to include both technical and business analyst for AX 2012R3.

B. Responsibilities:
 Design, document, develop, implement, and support Dynamics AX 2012 customizations, and .Net integrations with external systems.
 Participate with business analysts in functional requirements gathering, analysis, and specification, providing technical expertise and recommendations
 Mentor and Coach Developers to ensure consistent code development across the whole team in an Agile Development environment.
 Review code and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues at the code and database layers
 Document and ensure proper testing of all system changes. Review issue tracker from QA findings with developers. Document release notes and coordinate release activities.
 Work with various IT team members and business users in different regions.

 Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain business requirements to technical staff and technical solutions to non-technical business managers/staff.
 Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, IT managers, and team members.
 Excellent analytical skills in understanding end user requirements, translating requirements to technically feasible solutions, troubleshooting, problem-solving, data extraction & analysis, & IT system comprehension.
 General accounting, business process, and development knowledge in all areas of Dynamics AX 12 R3 and other versions. Understanding of implementing solutions in a SOX compliant environment.
 Excellent to UAT and documentation on the user guide.
 Excellent for full functionality of AX 2012 R3 with (AP, AR, WMS, Inventory, QA, Logistics, SCM, finance, FA, GL…, etc).
 Excellent for fully understood all AX parameters and configuration of AX 2012 R3.
 Excellent for functional and user role right to define user role/ function/ authority is must be

B. Education and Experience
 5+ years of AX development experience in x++.
 5+ years of SSRS report development experience in AX 2012 R3 and others.
 5+ years of Strongly of SQL 2016 (other) of DBA and T-SQL.
 Have to know how to rebuild AX server again with full server of general topology for AX 2012 R3 requirement.
 Experience providing testing, quality assurance, and written documentation in an agile development environment.
 Demonstrated experience identifying performance issues and implementing processes and systems to improve quality and efficiency.
 Knowledge of additional programming languages is an asset.
