[Binh Duong] Customer Service Leader (Up to $1000)

- Leader of customer service team (2 members)
- Following all repeated orders from existing customers
- Internal Communication with Production & Planning to get delivery schedule
- External Communication with Customer regarding to delivery schedule, collect forecast for repeated order, following up accuracy of the forecast. Proactively contact customer to collect repeated PO
- Take care of quality issue, communicate with customer & production
- Update Sale Turnover every week, every month.

- University graduate in Economic/Business Administration/Marketing/Trade
- Have at least 4 years or more of experience in same position.
- Good Negotiation (Internal & External) & Communication
- Good at Leadership, Time Management
- Good at English communication skill
- Constructive and creative thinking (e.g. in problem solving)
- Proactive (e.g. for customer information gathering)
- Ability to train and coach team members on processes, procedures, compliance and product knowledge

- 13th month + other allowances + Pay raise once a year
- Based on rule + accident insurance 24/24
- Company provide shuttle bus from HCM to Binh Duong
