BIM Engineer/ Project Lead

We have immediate openings for Building Information Modeling (BIM) professionals with expertise in Tekla. If you are proficient with BIM and want to work during pre-construction and construction phase of commercial building projects, please read on!

BIM Engineer’s Job Responsibilities:
• Must be willing to handle BIM projects and manage the delegated work (using Tekla).
• Working with our clients during pre-construction or in construction phase to build 3D Models, prepare 2D Design Drawings, workshop, As-Built and other Submittal drawings.
• Delegate and review design in collaboration with other disciplines.
• Strive to continuously develop your skills in our core applications.
• A passion for project delivery, people, customer service and your work.

We are looking for 2 positions: BIM Engineer and Project Lead working with detailing in Tekla. Please choose the position that match your skills and qualification.
o Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or closely related fields.
o Proficiency in Tekla is a must.

1. Engineer:
o Flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
o At least 3 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), especially in Steel structures detailing or Concrete structures detailing.
o Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
o Oriented to become Project Lead in future

2. Project Lead:
o Flexible task, goal-oriented project lead with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
o At least 5 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), especially in Steel or Concrete structures detailing.
o Must have experience providing direction to junior engineers and designers and collaborating with other disciplines.
o Good written and verbal English communication skills (proficiency for project coordination with our colleagues in Denmark and our external clients.
o Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
o Experience from projects using Eurocode and other international codes and standards is an advantage.
o Experience with project planning will be an advantage.

Other Requirements:
o Knowledge of European construction project management issues is preferable.
o Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
o Able to work under pressure with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
o Able to work independently and in teams.
o Willing to contribute in our company for a long term.
o Open-minded person with a good set of cooperative and team developing skills.
o Proficiency in other BIM software (Tekla BIMsight, Solibri, Naviswork,) is an advantage.
