BIM Architect

We have immediate openings for Architecture professionals with expertise and interest in BIM. If you are interested in BIM and wants to do your design work in the newest 3D software, please read on! The correct candidate will be a part of developing this BIM-supported area within our company.

The position will include:
• Produce architectural and technical models and drawings using Revit for projects.
• Work as part of a Revit BIM team to achieve consistent results.
• Make adjustment 3D perspectives as per client’s expectations to ensure a successful project
• Perform 3D renderings and other visualizations for interior and exterior.
• Collaborate with other teams on specific aspects of the projects.
• Offer architectural solutions and ideas independently and in cooperation with colleagues.
• Understand the project requirements and develop high quality 3D model accordingly.
• Utilize 3D modeling, texturing, lighting techniques to create visual elements for Virtual Reality
• Other tasks as required

We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:
• Graduated from University with bachelor’s degree in architectural field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of profession
• Proficiency in Revit is a must (minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience using and supporting Revit Architecture) and have experience in using modern technology to optimize working processes.
• Good skill in 3Ds max, Autodesk Revit, Adobe Photoshop.
• Intermediate knowledge of Design Standards in Europe.
• Have experience to work with foreign Client/ Consultants/ Projects.
• Experienced in rendering Scandinavian style is advantage.

Other Requirements
• You are an open-minded person interested in development and optimization of your daily work.
• Up to date with the latest 3D trends and high technology.
• Knowledge of other BIM software such as the latest versions of Navisworks Manage, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, Bluebeam, MicroStation, Solibri, BIM 360 Team will be an advantage
• Sense for international style architecture and good feeling for color/lighting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effective participation in team environment
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working in European company is advantage.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills:
o Proficiency for project coordination with our colleagues in Denmark and our external clients
o Ability to attend meeting / conference online with fully understanding the input and requirement.
o Ability to communicate by emails or write coherence and concise report to foreigner colleagues and clients
