Billing Trucking Supervisor

A. General control :
1. Billing for customer & vendor
2. Submit documentation for customers
3. Support to check& collect all AR/AP to make debit note for customers
4. Input all data on system
5. Monthly request payment for vendor , issue invoice for customer
B Report to Management
C. Proceed some other assiged job by Management

○ At least 2-3 year experience in the same field or over
○ Positive & aggressive character
○ Good communication skills in English
○ Female applier is preferred
○ University degree -major in same field
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communications, time management and decision making skills
- Dynamic, hard working, loyalty, teamwork, professional, detail-oriented
- Professional use of relevant computer
- Honest, trustworthy, flexible and hardworking
- Good at MS office, MS outlook
○ Self-started, customer oriented person
