Billing Officer

Position Summary :
The Billing Officer is in charged of issuing voucher of duty and tax, COD invoice in daily shift time and monitoring Billing system. This role will actively engage in ensuring all billing completed accurately and timely and taking part in month-end closing for import revenue.

Key Accountabilities (Point Form) :
1. Prepare all invoices and mailing to customer on timely basis
2. Issue timely COD invoice, government invoice for daily COD shipment, manual bills…
3. Daily report of duty and tax, customs fee
4. Monthly reconciling duty & tax paid to Customs
5. Update payment in "ARCS"
6. Participate in billing closing
7. Sort and attache waybill with invoice as required by customer and/or different function
8. Update BCR summary by daily for AR reconciliation
9. Liaise with Region Helpdesk to solve problems with invoice printing

Education/Work Experience(Point Form)
• Having knowledge in Finance & Accounting
• 1-2 years related work experience
• Knowledge in Ms Access, Ms Excel....Computer literate
• Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience in volume driven and service oriented industry is preferred, example, courier, retail or any
service industry
