Mô tả công việc
'– Create PO in SAP at customer level for reporting accuracy (Finance & Management Requirement).
– Coordinate for billing with carriers & vendors (receive debit note, coordinate with CS for verification & confirmation, coordinate with carriers to issue invoice base on confirmed debit note from CSR in charge).
– Group jobs in GFF for payment process.
– Stamp, sign on the Invoice both CNS/IFS, write down the PO# (from SAP & GFF), corresponding amount and submit to Manager for approval.
– Submit the approved Invoice (hard copy) to Finance for payment. Follow up with Finance until payment are done.
