Mô tả công việc

 Supporting Division to receive, distribute and prepare bids, under the supervision of your Manager and the Project Team including sales and operational people to answer and win the bidding.
 Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
 Maintain bid documentation, stages, integrity of information.
 Improving existing sales tools and building up customized sales tools when needed for special projects.
 Suppliers’ registrations maintenance
 Gathering information for market research and identifying interesting prospects & projects for the Company.
 Following-up Sales Activities
 Assist with other administrative duties as directed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

 Vietnamese
 University Degree
 Minimum 2 years working experience
 Excellent organizational skills.
 Rigorous, independent, good communication skill, team spirit
 Good speaking and writing skills in English.
 Good knowledge of Microsoft system (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
 Ability to write sales documents in a clear and structured way.
