Base Vietnam Project Assistant

Test Coordinator: The Test Coordinator is a professional able to independently lead the test activities for both the functional acceptance test cycle (FAT) and the user acceptance test cycle (UAT)

Prepare the test cycle:

o Coordinate the creation and delivery of test scenarios and test scripts

o Make the detailed day to day test plan, together with the regional transition team

o Make sure all resources (internal and external) are planned and available at the right place and right time

o Report on progress of preparations and flag risks and issues timely

o Alignment with the Central Test Management team

Execution of the test cycle:

o Daily follow up and reporting on progress versus plan

o Daily follow up and reporting of defects

o Flag risks and issues that occur during testing



Go Live & Hypercare Coordinator: Support the Cut Over Manager and Regional Transition Manager with all preparations for go live, the actual go live and the hypercare period after go live.

Prepare go live & go live:

o Coordinate and follow up with the different stream leads on all activities planned for go live and hypercare;

o Create on- and offsite resource planning and align with internal and external stakeholders;

o Coordinate cut over rehearsal and actual cut over with the cut over manager; resources and planning;

o Work together with the regional transition team to prepare specific go live activities for their streams (e.g. Quick reference cards);

o Prepare hypercare plan & reporting

o Flag risks and issues.

Hypercare:

o Ensure the incident process is followed by all teams

o Analyse incidents logged in SNOW and prepare the daily hypercare report

o Follow up with resolution teams on outstanding actions and timely resolution

o Flag risks and issues

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems or relevant technical field

• Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously, maintaining an ability to articulate progress and status clearly to key stakeholders

• Natural ability to coordinate and facilitate diverse teams of different skill sets, backgrounds, cultures and languages

• 2-3 years of experience in working for (ERP) implementation projects

• Strong coordinating, influencing and communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills

• Conflict resolution skills and being able to deal with resistance

• Flexible and adaptable; able to handle ambiguity, dealing with complexity and time pressure (working with diverse cultures)

• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - HPQC experience is a plus

• Knowledge of MS Project (Server), and knowledge of MS SharePoint is an advantage

• Good speaking, reading and writing in English is required, Vietnamese language is an advantage

• The role is full time, and will be based in Vietnam
