Bar Manager

- Ensure the smooth running of the bar
- Involve in the complete supervision of Bar operations, including stock control and solving arisen problems
- Supervise the serving of alcoholic drinks and beverages on the premises to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- In charge of staff management including arranging duty schedule
- Responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, utilize current manpower control measures to meet and exceed budgeted manpower productivity
- Develop and implement policies and procedures, decision-making
- Develop methods and procedures for evaluating guest satisfaction of given food and beverage facilities
- Ensure highest level of customer care and deal with customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, ensure a high level of service is maintained

- Vietnamese: 28 - 40 yrs old
- 6 years bar experience in upscale Lounge Bar
- Good Communication & Guest Relations Skills.
- Excellent Beverage service skills
- Familiar with spirits, wines and other beverage items.
- Able to organize training all kinds of beverage, wines and cocktails
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Strong capability to work under pressure as well as focus on teamwork building.
- Good English communication skill
- Willing to work night shift
