Mô tả công việc
Reports to Food and Beverage Manager. Duties and responsibilities to be discussed shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Ensure all Bar employees are fully conversant with all menus and are able to explain to guests each menu item in detail and make recommendations if required.
• Conduct effective training for all Bar employees.
• Deliver the prompt and efficient service of all beverages set by the resorts required standards.
• Assist with conducting Head of Department briefings and distribute assignments as directed.
• Assist with the review of performance of Bar employees in accordance with hotel policy.
• Periodically conduct physical inventories of all linens and supplies as requested.
• Monitor guest comments and provide suggestions for corrective action.
• Other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum 3 years Bar experience in a supervisory position in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mixology achievements or qualification will be an added advantage
