Mô tả công việc

• To arrive on duty punctual in a clean, sober smart appearance.
• Insures that grooming and general appearance of all staff follow the hotel policies and standards
• Supervises all set-ups to ensure that it is done according the function order, and on time.
• Ensures that the service sequence is followed according to established standards.
• Attends to guests’ needs and requests regarding Room set-up, audiovisual and Food and Beverage service.
• Responsible for the constant training of Banquet Staff and strongly involved in Staff training.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
• Daily Briefing
• Monthly refresh training
• Training Booklet for Casual and new comer
• Work with Sales as a Team for Guest Experience
• Prepares the banquet cheque by following the Function Order, ensuring to charge according to the Function Order.
• To monitor all costs and recommends measures to control them.
• Manage all costs and lead team measures to control them.
• Control Beverage Cost
• Control Labour cost
• MMS 99.99 % Guests satisfaction
• Responsible for the cleanliness of all banquet facilities and equipment.
• Thorough knowledge of all menu items and all types of set-up, and be able to pass the knowledge to staff.
• Responsible for the day to day operation
• Controls and ensures cleanliness and proper maintenance of banquet facilities and operating equipment
• Attend to guests’ need in professional manner.
• Prepares all guest supply and other requisitions to ensure a smooth operation.
• Assists in setting up function rooms
• Take care of function as assign to.
• Checks and tests the audiovisual in each function.
• Supports all other outlets with equipment and manpower.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
• MMS Guests satisfaction
• Solving last minute required in fast and good manner
• Liaises with Engineering Department and is responsible for the follow up of job orders in the banquet department, making sure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Liaises with Housekeeping for linen related matters as well as cleanliness of all banquet area.
• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of all banquet facilities and equipment.
• Support FB Outlets for equipment and manning needed
• Yearly inventory equipment and capex required
• Daily Opening and Closing Check list
• Control the contractor outside to maintain workplace in order for functional
• F&B Storage clean and tidy responsibility

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Required Skills –
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Good writing skills
• Leadership Skills
Qualifications –
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
. C level Certificate
. VTOS Certificate
Experience –
• 2 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
