Mô tả công việc
• To prepare and support the establishment of foreign bank’s new branch.
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Vietnam on the opening of accounts, fund transfer
and placement of deposits.
• To comply with all internal policies and manuals.
• To provide high service quality to all level of customers.
• To attend to customers enquiries complaints and ensure that they are attended to and resolve
expeditiously.
• To handle cash, fund transfers, clear cheques and other frontline transactions.
• To open accounts, to maintain customer information change and to scan signatures.
• To perform end of day cash balancing.
• To perform filling for all documents on front line products, and to send advices / account statements to
customers.
• Other tasks assigned by Managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Banking field.
• Good knowledge of banking operation.
• Responsibility, honesty, teamwork spirit and attention to details.
• Strong written/verbal communication.
• In CV, need details about your working description and achievement in your previous career.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Fluent in Korean is preferable.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Banking field.
