Bank Accountant

The Bank accountant is responsible for preparing and following up payments to employees and suppliers based on proper supporting documents to ensure that all payments are done timely and accurately in compliance with the company policies, accounting & tax laws.

* Key responsibilities:
- Checking payment requisition, preparing payment vouchers (VND/USD) to ensure that all documents are adequate, valid, accurate and payments to employees & customers are done timely.
- Prepare payment forms for tax payment, including CIT, SST, VAT, WHT.
- Balance sheet reconciliation for bank and advance accounts
- Treasury management, including monitor bank accounts and transactions.
- VAT declaration
- Archives documents.
- Other tanks assigned by the Chief accountant.

Location: My Xuan A Industrial Zone, My Xuan Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province

- College/University degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years' experience in the foreign companies
- Basic knowledge of company policy, tax, sales guidelines
- Good communications skills
- Honesty, careful, meticulous, focus to details
- Experience in ERP, JDE is an advantage.
- Good in MS Excel
- Good in English
