1. Following up credit facilities
- Preparing and making documents relating of loan such as: Request Advance/ Notice of extension of loan with banks.
- Preparing and making Receiving Slip and Payment Slip for new loan.
- Prepare data and reports related to the loan as required by the bank
- Input data in the file Loan Control
2. Checking of all payments and due liabilities
- Receiving and arrangement the payment slips from all Department/ Section in the company.
- Checking the payment slips for approval in accordance with company’s policy and business rules
- Following up and preparing documents and the data for monthly salary
- Following up cash advance (VND/ USD) of all employees
- Following up time deposit and others deposit…

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: University Degree in Banking/ Finance
- At least 2 years of experience in banking
- Knowledge: working knowledge of regulations related to the banking sector
- Good command of MS Office
- Good English communication
- Experience in working with accounting software is preferable.
