Bancassurance Trainer - HCM

Job Scope / Position Summary
• Purpose of this role: To assist Business Support Manager developing training program and conduct the training courses; support the sales team to achieve business objectives; expanding the relationship with bank partners.
• No. of subordinate: manage non-FTE
• Please indicate financial and non-financial KPIs for this role: No. of training course per month, No. of sales staffs developed
• Please give a description of key challenge of this role: To do develop training program, review them frequently to adjust them to meet training needs; To develop motivation talks to motivate sales team on this career having the positive attitude and keep them focus to this business; Ensure various timely supports to achieve PD’s KPIs.
• Please describe which parties are usual contact in their role including internal or external parties and describe the nature of communication with these parties: working with almost departments internally and with banks externally

Main Responsibility
• Designing, developing training program for all IO/IS/ILs follow the Career Path Development and Agency Segmentation
• Designing, developing training program for IO/IS/IL/BEs
• Designing, developing sale material, sale tool, recruitment tool for IO/IS/ILs
• Involving in products development to develop new products training program.
• Conducting training programs for IO/IS/IL/BEs
• Conducting workshops, motivation talk, special programs for IO/IS/ILs
• Develop new batch of Trainer, Business Development staff with standard programs
• Responsible to be support Sales Team in the meeting
• Responsible to assist Sales Team in preparing and running local event and activities (client seminar, recruitment seminar, workshop, quarterly review, big meeting, promotion ceremony, etc.)
• File all documents of all classes.
• Other assignments requested by Banca Head/ Manager.

Education:
• Bachelor degree, preferably in Economics major.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese

Experience :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Life Insurance industry and Training & development

Skills:
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
• Training & Presentation Skills
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Motivation Talk
