Target Achievement
• Drive sales and achieve Banca Sales Target total for UOBV
Sales Supports
• UOBV RMs/Team Leaders/Team Heads/Segment Heads are key customers of Banca Sales Manager. He has to engage an open and trusting relationship with them in term of the cooperation to sell Banca Products.
• Training/Coaching UOBV RMs or so called Sale Advisors on Banca Sale Skills, Distribution Processes and all internal training related to Banca Business.
• Orient target segments for each sales channel by engaging Team Leaders/Team Head on the sale strategy for Banca.
• Engage the Sale Advisors in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, Providers’ product offerings, Sale Contest, Incentive Scheme and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)
• Ensure that all service requirements are met internally and externally by coordinating with Providers on medicals facilitated and ensure customers are satisfied.
• Support the Sale Advisor in his sales effort, in terms of accompany on client consultant if required.
Sales Management
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales reports on Banca products for all sale channels at UOBV
• Frequently attend sale team meetings with each channel (i.e on weekly and monthly basis) and leads teams in terms of banca sales strategy and performances.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Mandatory: at least 3 years In Insurance / Banking / Finance industry.
Preferred:
• Banca experience is preferable
• Diploma, Graduates / MBAs of formal education is desirable.
• Presentation/Training/Coaching Skills
• Leadership Skills
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Customer Orientation
• Energy, Drive and Initiative
Essential (Technical Skills)
• Microsoft Offices (Excellent)
