Mô tả công việc
• Chăm sóc và duy trì mối quan hệ với các khách hàng là Chủ đầu tư, Tư vấn, Nhà thầu liên quan đến đấu thầu gói M & E áp dụng cho lĩnh vực Tòa nhà Văn phòng, Căn hộ, Nhà máy
• Thăm khách hàng, tư vấn đặc điểm kỹ thuật sản phẩm cho khách hàng
• Chuẩn bị báo giá, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật liên quan đến sản phẩm trong quá trình đấu thầu và hợp đồng
• Hỗ trợ khách hàng trong các vấn đề kỹ thuật liên quan đến sản phẩm • Liên hệ với Tư vấn / Chủ đầu tư để giới thiệu về các sản phẩm sau dự án mới
• Theo dõi các hoạt động liên quan đến Báo giá và đấu thầu được gửi cho khách hàng và đề xuất phương pháp phù hợp để giành được hợp đồng
• Chịu trách nhiệm yêu cầu và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh nếu có.
• Take care and maintain relationship with customers whom are Owner, Consultant, Contractor related to tender for M&E package apply to field of Office Building, Apartment, Factory
• Visit customers, consult product specification to customers
• Prepare quotation, support technical related to the products during tender and contract
• Support customers in technical issues related to the products
• Contact to Consultants/Owner to introduce about the products following new project
• Follow up activities relating to Quotation and bidding that sent to customers and propose right method to win contract
• Be responsible for request and solve arising problems if any.
• Thăm khách hàng, tư vấn đặc điểm kỹ thuật sản phẩm cho khách hàng
• Chuẩn bị báo giá, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật liên quan đến sản phẩm trong quá trình đấu thầu và hợp đồng
• Hỗ trợ khách hàng trong các vấn đề kỹ thuật liên quan đến sản phẩm • Liên hệ với Tư vấn / Chủ đầu tư để giới thiệu về các sản phẩm sau dự án mới
• Theo dõi các hoạt động liên quan đến Báo giá và đấu thầu được gửi cho khách hàng và đề xuất phương pháp phù hợp để giành được hợp đồng
• Chịu trách nhiệm yêu cầu và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh nếu có.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Thành thạo tiếng Anh trong cả viết và nói
• Kỹ năng máy tính (Microsoft office, Auto-Cad,)
• Bằng cấp từ Đại học - Chuyên ngành: HVAC, Điện, Điện tử, Cơ khí với 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan trong lĩnh vực bán sản phẩm: Quạt thông gió / Thiết bị phân phối không khí / Bơm nước / Chống cháy / Máy rung / Van / Động cơ điện
• Nhiệt tình và năng động trong công việc.
• Be fluent in English in both of writing & speaking
• Computer skills (Microsoft office, Auto-Cad…)
• Degree from University – Major: HVAC, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical with 1-2 years of related experience in selling field of products: Ventilation Fan/Air Distribution Equipment/Water Pump/Fire Fighting/Vibration Isolator/Valve/Electric Motor
• Enthusiastic and dynamism in work.
