[Bamboo Airways] Accounting Payable Teamleader

* Audit submitted receipts and documentations for appropriateness of payment

* Identify, inform, and recommend solutions to General Accounting Manager/Chief Accountant to situation occurring beyond Bamboo‘s expense reimbursement policy

* Initiate response in an accurate and timely manner for inquiries related to reimbursement data and account payable related

* Generate the compelling Expense Reimbursement Report

* Research and decide appropriate corrective action towards discrepancies between financial records.

* Make recommendations for changes that will increase effectiveness and efficiency of the entire account payable process

* Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

* 3 - 5 years of related work experience.

* Possess knowledge of account payable and corporate procedure

* Enjoy analyzing, interpreting and applying corporate‘ s policy in account payable management

* Have interpersonal skill to deal with various levels within Bamboo.

* Effective oral and written English communication skills

* Organized with a close attention to detail and highly customer-centric attitude

* Ability to work autonomously and in a timely manner

Education requirements

* Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.

* CPA/ACCA is preferred.
