Bakery Monitor-Merchandising Dept.

Purposes & Scope of the Role: Manage a defined group of product category to satisfy the needs of Customer, achieving sales, stock and profit targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Making the production plan and process of production follow sale plan monthly from Merchandiser
- Checking recipe and quality of products, display
- Training for new staffs
- Improving the skills for all staffs
- Supporting store opening
- Organizing the skill exam to evaluate staffs
- Joining training course and surveying competitors to improve skills
- Creating new concept or products and writing recipe
- Tracking work flow of product
- Suggesting new idea, new trend of market
- Renovating of department on products: display, quality, equipment

Other duties: Any necessary task that is deemed important from time to time
Rules and regulations: Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations

Vocational College Degree (Related to cooking/ bakering )
At least 3 years with related experience in the same position
Customer-focused
Fluency in Vietnamese (both written and oral)
Adapting to pressure working environments
