[Bac Ninh] - Transportation Senior Manager (Urgent)

Working location: Yusen Logistics (Vietnam) - Bac Ninh
Address: YP4 Road, Yen Phong Industrial Zone, Long Chau Ward, Yen Phong districts, Bac Ninh.

* Maintain and develop the quality of service provided to customers (Transportation and distribution services):
- Build and deploy solutions of transportation and distribution service to provide to customers (including inland transportation/overseas cooperation activities).
- Coordinate with customers and related departments in company to ensure the progress of delivering cargoes to customers.
- Directly guide the preparation of payment records to pay customers. Collate, cross-check payment records (turnover and costs). Guide for preparation of debit notification for customers and cross-checking with accounting data from contractors for used transportation services.
- Develop culture and transportaiton service quality. Plan, organize and target high-yield and efficient transportation services.

* Manage contractors, suppliers:
- Ensure the standard services that the contractor provides to the company with the lowest cost and highest efficiency .
- Ensure the quantity and quality requirements of the means of transportation for the purpose of delivering on time .
- Ensure the transportation standards to achieve the best quality of transportation service.

* Education:
- Graduated from University with degree in transportation / economics.

* Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in inland transportation,
- Working experience in Transportation/Logistics is an advantage .

* Skill:
- Good understanding of settlement procedures with customers and suppliers.
- Leadership skills;
- Time management skills and planning;
- The ability to persuade and negotiate;
- Proficient in office software
