[Ba Ria - VT] Deputy Manager of Supply Chain - Domestic Raw Materials Section

Function area: Supply Chain Department - Domestic Raw Material Section
Location: My Xuan A Industrial Zone, Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. (Company bus from HCM and Bien Hoa)

Main duties:
- Build, maintain, and formalize relationships across the supply chain
- Manages business relationship with CMO, including metrics and business reviews
- Oversee company inventory for raw materials
- Oversee monthly reporting of inventory transactions for financial reporting
- Coordinate deliveries and shipments and daily administration of purchase orders
- Collaborate with company finance team to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
- Identifies and resolves supply issues with all required stakeholders including Senior Management, Customers, Suppliers, QC, Regulatory, Finance
- Day to Day management of regulatory compliance
- Other duties as assigned, including on-the-job developmental opportunities and training.

Required
Minimum 5 years Supply Chain experience.
SAP or other ERP software experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Bachelor of supply chain, operations or related discipline.
Has strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing environments.
Possesses strong cross-functional leadership capability.
Succeeds at influencing a wide spectrum of stakeholders.

Preferred
Experience within the Paper or Packaging, Labeling field and an international supply chain background.
