Mô tả công việc
• Create execution plan and managing all marketing activities as trade promotion, retail partner and consumer activities
• Plan and develop effective and efficiency in-store display programs, trade and retail promotional programs at dealers’ outlets (farm shop, vet shop…)
• Support Sales team and Distribution/Trading partners in deploying selling programs, farm workshops for introducing products to farmers, promotion registration, produce POSM and promotion gifts…
• Analyze sales, customer, market data, consumer insight to Support conducting market report and developing new product & line extension.
• Manage website and all social media channels to ensure an effective e-commerce channel.
• Support other marketing activities …. as per assigned

• Good English skills
• Must be creative and organized, and always pay attention to detail and meet all deadlines
• Willing to travel and field visit extensively.
