B2B Sales Manager/ S&M Manager Assistant

- Manage the handling of customers’ requests (anticipate needs and expectations, identify and adapt the products offerings, give ideas about tours and activities…);
- Follow up and ensure completion of tours programs created and its services qualities following the company’s spirit and orientation;
- Ensure a smooth & positive relationship with customers (corporate and agency) and maintain a close and professional relationship with all suppliers and operation offices;
- Assist the managers in daily work;
- Follow up customer needs and complaints, and communicate with the operations team to help the tour group go smoothly;
- Keep eye on competitors, analyze the market needs and draw the right conclusions in order to be used in any future development;
- In charge of bidding for new partners/customers’ accounts according to the assignment of BOD;
- Other task assigned or necessary.

- Employment Type: Full-Time;
- Male/ Female: 25 years old up;
- Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Tourism, Sales & Marketing, BA or related field;
- Communication skills both verbal and writing in English;
- Candidates with experience working at a similar position in domestic and outbound tourism sector are preferable;
- Office Skill: good at Excel, Word, familiar with others;
- Character preferred: the ability to work in an international environment, a mindset of customer-oriented and problem-solving, an attitude to learn and team working spirit;
- Able to work under time pressure and client’s pressure;
- Able to conduct professional presentation in front of customers, suppliers and decision makers.
